Fly for a Cause.

How it works

Raise money every time your community flies

We’re proud to support the schools and community organizations that make Sonoma Valley a great place to live. Rather than donating auction items, we give through Fly for a Cause — a performance-based program that turns your supporters’ balloon flights into donations for your organization.

Your own booking link & code. Once approved, your organization gets a custom tracking link and code to share with families, members and supporters.
10% back to you. For a 6-month fundraising window, we donate 10% of the fare for every passenger who completes a Join-In flight booked with your link or code.
Tools to share it. We provide a partner toolkit — email and social media templates plus a booking button for your website.
One check. A single donation check is issued within 30 days of your 6-month window closing.

The fine print

Flown flights only. Donations are earned on completed flights. If a flight is canceled for weather or safety and not rescheduled, or a passenger is a no-show, no donation is earned.
Join-In flights only. Donation credit applies to Join-In flight bookings. Gift card purchases don’t count, since gift cards are returnable.
No stacking. The program can’t be combined with other discounts, promotions or special offers, and the code must be used at the time of booking.

Who’s eligible

Approved groups: we prioritize K–12 schools and registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations.
Location: priority goes to organizations based in Sonoma Valley and the North Bay.
Not eligible: political parties, campaigns or politically affiliated groups; religious sectarian or purely denominational programs; for-profit businesses; and individual fundraising pages.
