Thank you for choosing Sonoma Ballooning Adventures LLC (the "Company"), a California company providing balloon flights. These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase through SonomaBallooning.com (the "Site"). Please read carefully.
Credit Card Charges
When booking, by clicking to accept our terms and conditions you authorize the Company to charge your credit card for the amount specified, including taxes and fees. Credit card purchases are processed through Sonoma Ballooning Adventures LLC, California.
Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund, please call to cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your tour departure time for a non-private basket, and 30 days before for a group of 10 or more. Within 72 hours, refunds will generally not be allowed — please notify us immediately to discuss your situation. All gift flight tickets are transferable and non-refundable. Please complete the eWaiver within three days of booking to ensure your reservation. There are no refunds for late arrivals and no-shows. See our full cancellation policy.

Tour Changes or Cancellations
Sonoma Ballooning Adventures LLC reserves the right to cancel any reservation for any reason. Monies received will be refunded in the event the Company cancels a reservation.
Privacy
As described in our Privacy Policy, you may need to disclose certain personally identifiable information to make purchases through the Site. As a condition of purchase, you represent that you have read our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described there.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, excluding its conflicts of laws principles.
