Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect the information you give us when you book a flight or contact us, plus standard analytics about how our website is used. We use Google’s advertising tools to measure whether our ads work. We do not sell your personal information for money; some advertising tools involve “sharing” as California law defines it, and you can opt out below. We honor Global Privacy Control signals automatically.

Information we collect

You give us: name, email, phone number, and message content when you submit our contact or group-quote forms (processed by Netlify Forms, our website host); passenger names and approximate weights when you book — an FAA weight-and-balance requirement — collected through our booking system, RideOne (TripWorks). Payment card details go directly to our booking system’s payment processor (Stripe) — we never see or store full card numbers.

Collected automatically: device and usage data via Google Analytics 4 (pages viewed, approximate location from IP, device type, how you found us); advertising interaction data via Google Ads (whether you arrived from one of our ads, and conversion events such as clicking our phone number — Google’s call tracking may substitute a forwarding number to measure ad-driven calls); and basic server logs from our host (Netlify).

Cookies: we use cookies and similar technologies for the analytics and advertising purposes above, only after you make a choice in our cookie banner. Ad and analytics cookies default to off until you accept.

How we use information

To operate your flight (confirmations, weather calls and texts the evening before, FAA requirements); to respond to inquiries and quotes; to understand website performance; to measure and improve our advertising; and to comply with aviation, tax, and safety obligations.

Texting

If you have a reservation, we send confirmations and day-before updates by text from (707) 309-7570. That number is outbound-only; we cannot receive texts from numbers without a booking. Message rates per your carrier. To stop texts, call (707) 819-9223.

Who receives your information

Service providers who process it for us: Netlify (website hosting and form processing), RideOne / TripWorks (booking and reservation management), Stripe (payments, via RideOne), Google (Analytics, Ads measurement and remarketing, Tag Manager), and Google Workspace (our email). We share information with them only to provide these services. We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information when the law requires it (including FAA requirements) or in a business transfer.

Your choices & rights

Cookie banner: choose “Decline non-essential” to keep analytics and ad cookies off. Change your mind anytime via the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in our footer.

Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a GPC signal, we automatically treat it as an opt-out of advertising cookies — no banner interaction needed.

Google opt-outs: the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) and ads personalization settings (adssettings.google.com).

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request deletion; to request correction; to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” (our advertising cookies may constitute “sharing” — use the footer link or GPC to opt out); and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You may use an authorized agent.

Retention

Booking records are retained as required by FAA, tax, and insurance obligations. Form submissions are kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry. Analytics data is retained for the period configured in our Google Analytics settings.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information online. (Children 8+ may fly with an adult — passenger manifest information is provided by the booking adult.)

Changes

We will post updates on this page with a new effective date.
