Learn the art and science of winemaking and socialize with other visitors during this fun and educational blending seminar by Meadowcroft Wines. Start with a stroll through their vineyard to get a firsthand look at the vines. Enjoy a delicious cheese plate while you taste and blend wines that have been aged in separate oak barrels to make a classic red Bordeaux style blend of cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc and merlot. This unique wine blending experience allows you to create, label and cork a 750ml of your Perfect Blend to take home with you! Since no two hot air balloon rides are ever the same and you’ll be creating your own special blend of wine afterwards, it’s safe to say that this is truly a one-of-a-kind experience that you’ll be sharing with your friends and family for years to come. Expect to be with Sonoma Ballooning for 3-4 hours and Meadowcroft Wines for approximately 2-2.5 hours. Price Per Person: $380
